Extra Event Info

Oceania Challenge 2025 - Saturday 31st May

 

This will be held in conjunction with our normal Saturday morning shoot this year.

Next year we will run as an event. Please Note we have limited places so that others can still then shoot as normal as well. If you done get a place please still come and we will try our best to accommodate. But no guarantees.

Please read guidelines before you register. If you register wrong you will be moved and contacted.

2025 State & National Indoor Championships

Venue:

Kingsway Indoor Stadium

130 Kingsway, Madeley, WA 6065

A Few Important Do’s and Don’ts:

  • No silicone spray is permitted at the venue as it is a facility used for indoor sports.

  • Arrow lube is allowed, but only in suitable non-spill containers.

  • Bring your own chair, as seating is typically limited.

  • Ensure your Archery Australia financial membership is visible and current in the Assemble app at sign-in.

  • Unfinancial members will not be permitted to shoot.

  • Bring all equipment you plan to use (or may use) during the event for inspection.

  • Bring your own water, as availability may be limited.

The canteen will be closed, but a coffee truck (from 7:30am) and a food van (from ~11:00am) will be on-site both days.

 

General Notes:

All archers are expected to assist with setup and pack-up. Many hands make light work.

This is a two-day event. You must shoot on both days to be eligible for medals.

 

Schedule:

Saturday – Double AA 18m Indoor

Arrival & Setup: From 7:45am (Truck arrives at this time)

Equipment Inspection: Begins after setup, approximately 9:30–10:00am

Practice: From 10:15am, followed immediately by competition

Break: 20 minutes after the first round

Match Play: Immediately following the last AA round (Details provided on the day)

Sunday – WA 18m Indoor

Arrival: From 8:00am

Practice: From 9:00am, followed by competition

Break: 20 minutes at halfway point

Pack-up: All archers must assist after competition

Medal Presentation: Following pack-up and final score tally
